To deposit via Interac E-Transfer, go to your deposit section and select Interac E-Transfer. Enter your email associated with your online banking and the deposit amount. Choose your financial institution, then log in securely to your online banking. Select the account to deposit from and confirm the e-transfer details. Once confirmed, the deposit will appear in your transaction history within 30 minutes. You will also receive a confirmation email from Interac; check your junk/spam folder if it's delayed. Note that occasional delays may occur.

To start a deposit via Interac E-Transfer, head to your deposit section and select Interac E-Transfer.
Enter your email address associated with online bank account and the desired amount for your deposit.
You will then be brought to the following page (below) where you will need to select your financial institution.
After selecting your financial institution, you will be directed to a secure page where you will log into your online banking.
You will then be brought to this page, where you will select which account you would like to deposit from.
Confirm the details of the e-transfer.
Once confirmed, you will see the following page.
The successful deposit will now appear in your account. Please note, this may take up to 30 minutes.
You will also receive an automated email from Interac, confirming that the deposit was successful. Note, sometimes delays do occur. If you have not received this email, please check your junk and/or spam folder.
