Most banks put limits on Interac deposits in the form of per transaction, per 24 hours, per 7 days, or per 30 days.
If your deposit is failing, it is possible that your deposit is hitting one of the aforementioned limits. We suggest performing one of the following:
- Contacting your bank (either by using your banking app or via phone) and requesting your limits be increased.
- Utilizing a different deposit method.
