I've used a Pull Em token - can I pull a leg if a market is suspended?

If the market for a leg is temporarily suspended, you will not be able to pull it until the market reopens.

Once the suspension is lifted and the market becomes active again, you can pull the leg as long as it is still before the start of the second half.
