If you cannot see your Pull Em token in the betslip, your bet may not meet the minimum requirements for the promotion.
Common reasons include:
- The bet does not have the minimum number of legs
- The bet does not meet the minimum odds requirement
- The chosen markets are not eligible for Pull Em
- You are placing a Same Game Multi or SGP on a sport that does not support Pull Em
- You already placed the bet without applying the token
- The promotion has expired or is not active for your account
- You are trying to combine the token with another promo (for example, bonus bet or pay back tokens)
Important
Only one promotion can be used per bet. Pull Em cannot be combined with a bonus bet or other tokens.
If all requirements are met and the token still does not appear, it may mean the token has already been used or has expired.
