If you cannot see your Pull Em token in the betslip, it will be due to one of the following reasons:
- You need to update your app to the latest version
- Your bet does not contain the minimum number of legs (4+)
- Your bet does not meet the minimum odds requirement ($4)
- None of the markets you've chosen are eligible for Pull Em (CLICK HERE for eligible markets)
- You are placing a Same Game Parlay on a sport that does not support Pull Em
- You are placing a Same Game Parlay COMBO instead of a single Same Game Parlay bet
- You already placed the bet without applying the token
- The promotion has expired or is not active for your account
- You are trying to combine the token with another promo (for example, bonus bets or payback tokens)
Important
Only one promotion can be used per bet. Pull Em cannot be combined with a bonus bet or other tokens.
If all requirements are met and the token still does not appear, it may mean the token has already been used or has expired.
