New to PointsBet Canada? Read through this article for a crash course in the navigation of the PointsBet Canada Website.

• The main menu is available in the top left-hand corner of the website. Within this menu you will find links to our Home Page, Promos Page, Live Betting Hub, Streaming Page, Next Up, Quick Parlays, Featured Events, all your favorite Sports, and options to change how the odds are displayed and change the default language.

• The Account Menu is available, while logged in, in the top right-hand corner of the website by clicking on your email address. Within this menu, you will find quick links to Deposit, Withdraw, as well as links to your PointsBet Canada Rewards Page, Booster Page, My Account, Pending Bet, Settled Bets, Account History sections, and to Refer-A-Friend.

• The Bet Slip is available, while logged in, in the top right-hand corner of the website by clicking on 'Bet Slip'. Within the Bet Slip you will find access to any previously added selection, all pending bets, and recently settled bets. You will also be able to update your Bet Slip setting, and Cash Out pending bets, where cash out is available.

  • Odds change often, especially when you’re betting live. Auto-accepting odds changes mean you can place your bet faster.

    PointsBet Canada allows you to control what happens with the odds after your selections have been added to the bet slip, but before a bet is placed and confirmed.

    • This is the fastest way to bet.

    • This may add delays to bet placement.

• The My Account section of PointsBet Canada is available with the Account Menu in the top right-hand corner of the PointsBet Canada website, accessible by clicking on your email address while logged in.

  Within the My Account, you will be able to see and edit your account details, see account balances, deposit, withdraw, edit notification, and security and login settings, as well as access PointsBet Canada Responsible Gambling account options.

• The Pending Bets section of PointsBet Canada is available with the Account Menu in the top right-hand corner of the PointsBet Canada website, accessible by clicking on your email address while logged in.

  Within the Pending Bets section, you will be able to see all pending bets, as well as see and action cashout on any pending bets, where cash out is available.

• The Settled Bets section of PointsBet Canada is available with the Account Menu in the top right-hand corner of the PointsBet Canada website, accessible by clicking on your email address while logged in.

  Within the Settled Bets section you will be able to see all settled bets from within the last 30 days. Filtering options include Winning Bets, Losing Bets, Bonus Bets, and Bets Cashed Out. You will also have the ability to filter by the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. See Account History for bets outside these ranges.

• The Rewards section of PointsBet Canada is available with the Account Menu in the top right-hand corner of the PointsBet Canada website, accessible by clicking on your email address while logged in.

  Within the Rewards section, you will be able to see your current Rewards Points and Bonus Bet balances. You will also be able to use your Rewards Points to redeem Bonus Bets.

  • Earn Points on each and every bet. Sit back and watch your points balance grow. Reward Points are calculated based on the type of bet and the wager amount.

    Please note: Bonus Bets do not earn Reward Points.

    Sports Rewards: Earn 1 Reward Point for: $5 Fixed Odds

    Parlay Rewards: Earn 1 Reward Point for: $1 Parlay

  • For every 250 PointsBet Rewards Points earned you are able to redeem a $2.50 Bonus Bet.

    • You will need to have the Reward Points Balance to cover the redemption amount.

      Once redeemed, your Bonus Bet will be credited to your account immediately.

• The Account History section of PointsBet Canada is available with the Account Menu in the top right-hand corner of the PointsBet Canada website, accessible by clicking on your email address while logged in.

  Within the Account History section you will be able to see all Deposits, Withdrawals, Bet Placements, Winning Bets, Cashed Out Bets, and Responsible Gambling actions. Filtering options include transaction Type and by Date Range. You will also have the ability to see the transactions within the last 24 months.
