Bet $5, Get $100 – Promotion Terms and Conditions
Participation in this Promotion is governed by these Promotion Terms together with the PointsBet Canada Operations 1 Inc (“PointsBet”) General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and House Rules, all of which apply and are available on the PointsBet Apps and at on.pointsbet.ca. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency; in all other respects the General Terms and Conditions continue to apply.
1.Description of Promotion 1.1.Sign up for a PointsBet account and use the promo code "WELCOMEBG" to receive One (1) Bet and Get Token, where your first CAD $5 Canadian Dollars in Sportsbook Bets at -200 (1.50) odds or longer will unlock up to One Hundred Dollars ($100 CAD) in Sportsbook Bonus Bets, credited as follows: a first Twenty Dollars ($20 CAD) Bonus Bet, credited immediately upon clicking the Redeem and Confirm buttons following the settlement of your qualifying wager, plus four (4) additional Twenty Dollar ($20 CAD) Bonus Bets, each processed by 11:59 PM ET on a Wednesday, one per week for four (4) consecutive weeks (5 total credits of $20 CAD = $100 CAD). Bet and Get Token expires seven (7) days after sign up; if it expires, you will not be eligible for the first $20 CAD Bonus Bet, though you may still receive any remaining weekly Bonus Bets if you place your qualifying wager within the window of four (4) Wednesdays from sign-up. For greater clarity, a cash bet excludes Bonus Bets, and bets placed with Bonus Bets, cashed-out bets, voided bets, and bets placed using any Booster (including PARLAY BOOSTER®) are not Qualifying Wagers.
2.Promotional Period 2.1.The Promotion is only available to new players who sign up between 12:00 PM ET on 09/09/2026 and 11:59 PM ET on 11/30/2026 ("Promotional Period"). To participate, an eligible player who signs up during the Promotional Period must place their Qualifying Wager within seven (7) days of sign-up, and may then receive weekly Bonus Bet credits on the first four (4) Wednesdays following sign-up, as described in Sections 1 and 4. For clarity, the seven (7) day deadline to place a Qualifying Wager and the weekly Bonus Bet credit dates apply as described in Sections 1 and 4 even where they fall after the end of the Promotional Period. PointsBet reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to discontinue the Promotion on a prospective basis [CH1.1]at any time; provided that, absent fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms or the General Terms and Conditions, Bonus Bet credits already earned by a player who has placed a Qualifying Wager before such discontinuation will be honoured. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where required by applicable law or by any competent regulatory or gaming authority, PointsBet may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion in whole or in part, including reversing or voiding Bonus Bets already credited, to the extent necessary to comply, without liability.
3.Eligibility 3.1.The Promotion is available to all new players with an active and verified PointsBet account ("Account"). Players must be 19 years of age or older and be physically present in the province of Ontario during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion. 3.2.All categories of Excluded Persons and Prohibited Members set out in the General Terms and Conditions are ineligible to participate in this Promotion, including, without limitation: individuals under 19 years of age; officers, directors, partners and employees of PointsBet; any agencies directly connected with the administration of this Promotion; athletes, coaches, managers, owners and any other person with authority to influence, or with access to non-public information concerning, an event overseen by the relevant sport or event governing body; and any person otherwise excluded from the Services under applicable law. Individuals who have self-excluded – whether through a provincial centralized self-exclusion program (e.g., BetGuard) or PointsBet’s own self-exclusion program – are not eligible to participate in, or receive any inducement, bonus or credit under, this Promotion. 4.Action Required 4.1.This Promotion is only available to new PointsBet customers (meaning: you do not yet have a PointsBet account) who establish an active and verified Account using the promo code "WELCOMEBG" upon sign up ("Promo Code"). 4.2.No minimum deposit is required to participate in this Promotion beyond funds sufficient to place your $5 Qualifying Wager. However, the deposit-related eligibility conditions in the General Terms and Conditions (§4.2) continue to apply, including that the name on your Account must match the name on your deposit method and that third-party or transferred funds do not qualify. This Promotion, comprising the first $20 Bonus Bet and all weekly Bonus Bet credits, constitutes a single Promotional Offer for the purposes of the General Terms and Conditions; the crediting or redemption of more than one Bonus Bet on the same day under this Promotion is permitted and does not breach the “one Promotional Offer per day” rule.[CH2.1] 4.3.After establishing an Account using the Promo Code, you will receive one Bet and Get Token entitling you to up to $100 CAD in Sportsbook Bonus Bets, credited as follows: (i) a first $20 CAD Bonus Bet, credited immediately upon clicking the Redeem and Confirm buttons under My Offers following the settlement of your Qualifying Wager (a first cash bet of at least $5 on a Sportsbook market at minimum odds of -200 (1.50) or longer, placed with the Bet and Get Token selected in the bet slip within seven (7) days of sign-up); and (ii) four (4) additional $20 CAD Bonus Bets, each processed by 11:59 PM ET on a Wednesday, one per week for four (4) consecutive weeks. 4.4.The first $20 CAD Bonus Bet will be instantly credited to your Account after your Cash Wager is successfully settled and the Redeem button is selected under My Offers in accordance with the Bet and Get offer. 4.5.If your Bet and Get Token expires (i.e., you do not place your Qualifying Wager), you will not be eligible for the first $20 CAD Bonus Bet. You will remain eligible to place your Qualifying Wager within the window of four (4) Wednesdays from the date of sign-up, and upon doing so, you will receive the Bonus Bet for each of the four (4) weekly Wednesday credit dates (being the first four (4) Wednesdays following your sign-up date) that has not yet passed as of the date of your wager. Any weekly credit date(s) that have already passed prior to your Qualifying Wager will be forfeited and will not be credited retroactively. By way of illustration only (your actual entitlement depends on how many of the first four (4) Wednesdays following sign-up have already passed when you place your Qualifying Wager): if only the first weekly credit date has passed, you will receive the remaining three (3) weekly Bonus Bets, for a total of $60 CAD; if the first two weekly credit dates have passed, you will receive the remaining two (2) weekly Bonus Bets, for a total of $40 CAD. In each case, once the Bet and Get Token has expired you will not be eligible for the first $20 CAD Bonus Bet. If you do not place your Qualifying Wager within the window of four (4) Wednesdays from the date of sign-up, you will not be eligible to receive any Bonus Bets in connection with this Promotion.
5.Bonus Bet Restrictions 5.1.Bonus Bets will not be included in any winnings (e.g., if you place a $20 Bonus Bet that wins $60, you will only receive the $60 in winnings). In other words, Bonus Bets are not cash: if a Bonus Bet wins, only the winnings are paid to your cash balance and the Bonus Bet stake is not returned. 5.2.Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash at any time. 5.3.Bonus Bets may only be used on a market with -200 (1.50) minimum odds or longer (e.g., -110, +200, etc.). 5.4.Bonus Bets can only be redeemed online or in-app with a valid Account. 5.5.Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers. 5.6.Each $20 CAD Bonus Bet credit can be divided into up to four (4) equal Bonus Bets (e.g., a $20 Bonus Bet may be divided into four (4) $5 Bonus Bets), where this functionality is supported. 5.7.Bonus Bets may be returned at PointsBet's sole and absolute discretion if the market becomes void. 5.8.Bonus Bets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or transferred. 5.9.Each Bonus Bet credit will expire seven (7) days after issuance. 5.10.Bets placed using Bonus Bets cannot be cashed out using the cash out feature. 5.11.Bonus Bets can only be used on Sportsbook markets. 5.12.Except as expressly provided in this Promotion, all Bonus Bets are governed by, and subject to, the Bonus Bet terms in PointsBet’s General Terms and Conditions. Where these Promotion terms and the General Terms and Conditions differ, these Promotion terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
6.Registration Procedures 6.1.To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must successfully create and establish an Account at https://on.pointsbet.ca/signup. By creating an Account, participants must agree to PointsBet's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. No additional registration procedures are required to qualify for the Promotion.
7.Limitations on Participation 7.1.PointsBet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to: (i) exclude wagers from any promotional offers without prior notification; (ii) change or cancel the Promotion at any time on a prospective basis without prior notification; provided that, absent fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms or the General Terms and Conditions, weekly Bonus Bet credits already earned by a player who has placed a Qualifying Wager before such change or cancellation will be honoured. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where required by law or by any competent regulatory or gaming authority, PointsBet may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion in whole or in part, including reversing or voiding Bonus Bets already credited, to the extent necessary to comply, without liability; [CH3.1]or (iii) exclude or limit any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if it determines there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are not available to any employees in the wagering industry, and promotions are nontransferable.
8.Anti-Abuse, Fraud and Irregular Betting 8.1.PointsBet actively monitors participation in this Promotion for abuse, exploitation, fraud and irregular betting. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), or acting in concert with others, to claim this Promotion more than once; “bonus gaming,” arbitrage, or no-loss/low-risk wagering propositions, including placing bets on all or substantially all likely outcomes of an event, equal or zero-margin bets, or hedge betting, designed to extract value from Bonus Bets; using another person’s identity, payment method or funds; using bots, automated tools or other software-assisted methods; and any other activity that breaches, abuses or undermines the spirit or intent of this Promotion, these terms, or the General Terms and Conditions or House Rules. Where PointsBet reasonably determines that such conduct has occurred, it may, acting fairly, reasonably and in good faith and in its sole and absolute discretion: withhold, cancel, void or reverse any Bonus Bet, wager or winnings; forfeit any unused Bonus Bets; exclude you from this and future promotions; suspend or close your Account; and report the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority or law enforcement, in each case in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
9.Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 9.1.Any bets that (i) do not meet the Qualifying Wager requirements (as defined in Section 1) or (ii) that are placed after the expiration of the Promotional Period, will not be deemed Qualifying Wagers. 9.2."Excluded Wagers" include: (i) bets placed with Bonus Bets, (ii) cashed out bets, (iii) voided bets, and (iv) bets using the PARLAY BOOSTER® feature (or any other Booster).
10.Order of Funds Used for Wagering 10.1.The default when placing a bet is to place it with cash. To wager using a Bonus Bet (rather than with cash), select "Bonus Bet" in the game.
11.Eligible Games 11.1.All Qualifying Wagers made during the Promotional Period are eligible for a Bet and Get Token. Bets made in the casino do not apply.
12.Restrictions on Withdrawal 12.1.Bonus Bets are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in PointsBet's sole and absolute discretion. Bonus Bets may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus Bet funds may be withdrawn from your Account once the Bonus Bet has been wagered and the winnings have been added to your Account cash balance. Unless otherwise specified by PointsBet, any unused Bonus Bets awarded in connection with this Promotion (including any remaining weekly credits) will be automatically removed from your Account after the applicable expiration date.
13.Cancellation 13.1.To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at customercare@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, PointsBet shall inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account shall be returned.
14.Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Escalation 14.1.Any dispute relating to this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution process in PointsBet’s General Terms and Conditions.
