💡Ensure you are not running any 3rd party software such as a VPN
The PointsBet app will not work if you are running a VPN, so please ensure you are not.
VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. It’s a service that creates a secure, encrypted connection between your device and the internet.
💡RESTART your app (force close and re-open)
iPhone - swipe from the bottom of the screen until all of your open apps are showing on screen. Then, swipe up on the app.
Android - swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. The simply swipe up on the app.
💡Check if you are using the most up-to-date APP VERSION
Click the profile tab in the top right corner (the head and shoulders icon), scroll down and click on the 'Check for App Updates' button.
💡Delete and RE-INSTALL your PointsBet app
Hold down on the PointsBet app from your home page and and then hit the '-' button to delete the app. To re-install it, head to your app store and click 'install'.

💡Ensure you have a strong WIFI or 4G/5G connection
Head to your device settings to check your connection. If you have wifi available, this is preferable to mobile data.

Head to your device settings to check if your bluetooth is 'On'.

Head to your device settings and scroll down to the 'Privacy & Security' section. Ensure that Location Services are 'On'.
