This error message will appear when our records indicate that your details on Interac cannot be verified with us.
You can attempt to fix this error by logging into your online banking platform and navigating to 'e-Transfer settings'. You will then be able to select an option called 'Profile Settings' or 'Edit My Profile' to review your account details. We also recommend removing any 'Nickname' on your Interac account. After you've done this, please wait 24 hours and attempt to withdraw again.
