Please note, the Interac E-Transfer option will only be available if you have successfully deposited via Interac on at least one prior occasion.
To request a withdrawal via Interac E-Transfer, click your email in the top-right, select "Withdraw," and choose Interac E-Transfer. Enter the same email used for deposits and the amount, then confirm your phone number. If auto-deposit is enabled, funds will transfer automatically. If not, follow the Interac email prompts to enter a 6-digit password, select your financial institution, and confirm the account. You’ll receive confirmation once the funds are successfully deposited.

To request a withdrawal via Interac E-Transfer, click on email address in the top right hand side, then click "Withdraw" and select Interac E-Transfer.
Enter your email address associated with online bank account and the desired amount for withdrawal. Please note, the email entered must be the same as email entered to deposit.
You will then see this screen, prompting you to confirm that your phone number is correct before proceeding with the withdrawal:
Once your phone number is confirmed, the withdrawal status will change to "Pending" and you will also receive the answer to the e-transfer question.
You will only need the answer if you do not have the "Auto Deposit" feature enabled on your bank account.
Once the withdrawal request has been reviewed and sent out by our Payments team, you will then receive this automated email from Interac to confirm which financial institution you would like to deposit the funds into.
****If the you have auto-deposit enabled, your funds will be deposited into your account without any further action required from the yourself.****
If the you do not have auto deposit enabled, please follow prompts to enter the 6 digit password.
Once the password is entered, please follow any prompts to confirm which account you would like funds deposited into. You should now see a message confirming the funds from the requested withdrawal have deposited into your bank account.

- Each financial institution may have limits on how much an account holder may deposit/withdraw via Interac E-transfer. If you are unsure about what your limits is, please contact your financial institution to learn more. The minimum amount that PointsBet Canada can process via Interac E-Transfer is $5, the maximum is $3,000.
