Hit your profile tab and click into your My Account section. In the Personal Details section, hit the 'Edit' button, then click on your email section. Enter your new email address (that you want to update to) and click UPDATE.
⚠️ Before you can change your email address, your mobile number needs to be verified. If you haven't verified it yet, head to My Account > Personal Details and verify your mobile number first - the email option will unlock once that's done.
Once you click UPDATE, a 6-digit verification code will be sent via text message, so pop that number in within 60 seconds. If you enter the code correctly and in time, you'll then be sent a second 6-digit code to your new email address - enter that one too to complete the change.
⚠️ You can update your email address once every 30 days.

Step by step...
- Hit your profile tab (the head-and-shoulders icon in the top right), scroll down, and click into your My Account section.
- Hit the 'Edit' button in the Personal Details section.
Click the email inbox area to edit it.
If prompted, verify your mobile number first - this only needs to be done once.
- Enter your NEW email address in the email section, then click 'Update'.
Head to your text messages to locate the 6-digit verification code, or click into the first box to automatically transfer the code across. Then click 'Verify'.
Check your new email inbox for a second 6-digit code and enter that to verify the new address.
- Make sure to do this with a bit of haste - you only have 60 seconds per code! If you're not quick enough, no need to stress - you can click RESEND CODE to try again.
- Once you've entered both codes correctly, your email address will be updated!
