What happens if my player retires before the first set is completed?
If the first set has not been completed (at the time of the retirement or disqualification) all bets relating to that individual match will be void.
What happens if my player retires after the first set is completed?
After the first set, if a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, bets will be void. The player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner.
What about the total games/handicap games related markets?
In the event of retirement, disqualification or change of surface during a match, all bets will be void unless the outcome is already known.
I had an Outright Winner bet and my player has withdrawn from the competition. What happens to my bet?
If your player withdraws before or during the tournament, your Outright Bet will be deemed ALL-IN and resulted as a loss.
