What is a Parlay?
A parlay involves betting on two or more outcomes at once and combining the bets into a more involved wager with escalating returns. All bets on the parlay must win for the entire bet to be a winner. Parlay betting is available on both pre-game and live events (or a combination of both).
How do I place a Parlay? To place a parlay, simply follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Navigate to an event you wish to bet on and add a selection to your betslip by clicking on it.
Step 2: Navigate to another event you wish to bet on and add another selection to your betslip by clicking on it. Repeat this process for any additional legs/selections.
Step 3: Click into your betslip (by clicking the red banner at the bottom of your screen) and review/edit your selections.
Step 4: If you are happy with your bet, enter your wager amount and place your bet.
Parlay bet exampleConsider a bettor who makes a 3-leg parlay containing the Team X moneyline at -175 odds, the Team Y moneyline at +140 odds, and the Team Z spread at -6 with -110 odds. A $1 bet on this parlay would result in a profit of $6.20 (for a total return of $7.20 — original stake plus winnings). However, that’s assuming all three legs hit; if Team X and Team Y both win but Team Z fails to cover the 6-point spread, the parlay would not be a winner.
What is the maximum amount of legs I can parlay? The maximum amount of legs allowed in parlays is 20. You will not be able to enter any more legs once you reach this amount.
Can I place a parlay using live events?Yes, we have live parlays available. Simply visit the 'Live' page and add the desired markets to your bet slip to create a parlay as you would with pre-match markets.
What markets are not allowed to be placed in a parlay? The below are scenarios or markets that are not allowed to be placed in a parlay.
- Correlated Parlays (I.e. – Ravens to win a game and Ravens to win the NFL Championship)
- Booster Odds Markets
- Name A Bet Markets
Want to create a parlay with several markets from the same event? Check out Same Game Parlay tab.
Why am I getting an error message saying 'parlay exceeds maximum odds'?When you receive this error message it means the odds on your parlay have exceeded the maximum odds we would accept (+500000). You will need to subtract a leg(s) of the parlay in order to get under this maximum and have the bet go through.
