Yes. A 3-Way bet includes a Draw option and is settled on the score at the end of normal time. Overtime is not included. A standard 2-Way Moneyline bet includes overtime and any shootout.
For example: a game is tied 2-2 after 60 minutes, and the Maple Leafs win in overtime. A 3-Way bet on Draw wins. A Moneyline bet on the Maple Leafs also wins, and a Moneyline bet on their opponent loses.
