A Point Total bet is a wager on whether the two teams will combine to score more or less than a set number of goals. Overtime is included, and a shootout counts as a single goal for the winning team.
For example: the total is set at 5.5. If you bet the over, your bet wins if the two teams combine for 6 goals or more. If you bet the under, it wins at 5 goals or fewer.
