Do my bets include overtime?
All bets are inclusive of overtime unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
I had a bet on the QB ‘Anytime Touchdown Scorer’. He threw 4 TDs. Why is my bet settled as a loss?
For the ‘Anytime Touchdown Scorer’ market, only rushing/receiving TDs will count for this. TDs that are thrown do not count for this market.
My Handicap bet on Bengals +4 was not paid out. Why is this?
If the scores are level after the handicap has been applied, this will result in the bet being settled as a push. If the result is Bengals 24 – Rams 28, your bet will be refunded as it is a push.
If the Handicap market that you have placed this bet on is a 3-way market that includes the option ‘Handicap Tie’, your bet will not be refunded as a push as the ‘Handicap Tie’ selection is the winner of the market.
What happens if my player does not play?
If your player does not play a snap, all bets on that player will be voided. If your player does take the field and play at least one snap, the bets will be settled per the official result.
I have a spread bet on ‘Joe Burrow Passing Yards x Touchdowns’. How is this calculated?
Unlike the ‘Anytime Touchdown Scorer’ fixed odds market, ‘QB Passing Yards x Touchdown’ markets DO involve TDs that have been thrown by the QB as well as any rushing/receiving TDs they may have.
For example – If Joe Burrow has 250 Pass Yards, 3 Passing TDs and 1 Rushing TD, the calculation will be 250 x 4 = 1000 (250 pass yards x 4 total TDs).
Why are my odds different in a same game parlay bet than a standard parlay bet?
Same game parlay bets are calculated differently than a standard parlays due to the correlation that each leg involved in the same game parlay has with one another.
I placed a 5 leg parlay. One of the legs was Cooper Kupp Receiving yards Over 105.5. He was a late withdrawal from the game and didn’t play. What happens to my bet?
As is with all same game parlay bets, if one of the legs of the parlay is settled as a void, the whole bet will be refunded as a void.
I have placed some bets on the ‘Superbowl Novelties’ markets. How do I know how these bets will be settled?
