You should receive an email from PointsBet Canada with a link to reset your password.

Note: Password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and must include both letters and numbers

Note: Email will contain a 6 digit code that must be used to authenticate the password reset.

Once correctly entered and validated, your new password has been set and can be used to access your account.

The first is you could be checking the wrong folder within your inbox. Please make sure you check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder and assure it has not arrived there.
If it is not in your Spam folder, please be sure you are entering the correct email and date of birth when you get to the 'Forgot Login Details' page. If you forgot which email address you used on sign up, contact our live chat team and they can help confirm this with you.
