I placed a bet on the Halftime Show – Guest Appearance market and know my selection attended the game. Why was my bet settled as a loss?

For a Guest Appearance bet to be settled as a winner, your selection must appear on stage during the halftime show and make an audible sound that can be heard on the official TV broadcast.

Simply attending the game, being shown in the crowd, or appearing backstage does not count as a guest appearance for settlement purposes.
